This is my original image that I chose to edit.
In order to change this picture into a noir style, I had to crop it down to just the legs so that we could not see all of the image creating a more stylied feel. Then I removed the saturation turning it into black and white, finally I changed the levels so that the shadows and the blacks where more pronounced.
This image I decided not to crop to see how it looked.
